  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected promotions or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Maa Bacha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

  • Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within Major Cities of Pakistan.

International shipping is available only at special request.
